About Eric Hummel

Eric was born and raised in the Sinking Spring area and graduated from Wilson High School in West Lawn, PA. Eric worked in the construction field for several years before attending Penn State University, where he graduated with a degree in Turfgrass Management. He went on to become Superintendent of the Tesoro Golf Club, located in Stuart, Florida. After many years of living in the south, Eric and his wife decided to move back home to Pennsylvania to raise their two children in the Sinking Spring area, close to family. Eric has always been a hard worker and went back to his roots. Prior to forming Elite Fire & Water Restoration, Eric worked as the lead carpenter for several years before becoming a project manager at a previous restoration company. In 2014, Eric and his two brother-in-laws decided that it was time to form their own restoration company, with the experience they each brought with them.

With his extensive background in the construction and restoration field, Eric is our Small Repair Project Manager and also helps keep the business running. He specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels by staying up to date on current trends and styles. Eric also holds many certifications from IICRC, Contractor Connection Program, and Successful Subrogation Training Program.

Eric and his wife reside in the Sinking Spring area with their two boys. He enjoys spending time with his wife, rooting for his kids from the sideline, and sports.
